Complaint management system

It is important to us that not only we, but also our business partners and suppliers, comply with applicable law and international conventions. However, despite our many preventive efforts, violations of human and environmental rights can still occur within our company or in our value chain. We take violations seriously and therefore provide a publicly accessible and confidential reporting channel through which any person can report actual or suspected violations by us, business partners or suppliers at any time. Our complaints procedure is open to any person, regardless of the existence or nature of the contractual or business relationship.

People can use this complaints procedure to report human rights violations and violations of environmental protection regulations and thus help to limit the consequences of such violations and prevent similar misconduct in the future. Other compliance violations, for example in the areas of data protection, theft, competition and antitrust law, corruption, product safety, betrayal of trade secrets, fraud, money laundering, accounting fraud, environmental protection and other violations can be reported by all employees via the whistleblower protection procedure.

The tips can be submitted by name or anonymously. The system is available in 26 languages. The information and complaints are processed within the eva Group (eva Evangelische Gesellschaft Stuttgart e.V., eva Heidenheim gGmbH, eva: Kinderbetreuung gGmbH = eva:lino, eva:IT Services GmbH, Rehabilitationszentrum Rudolf-Sophien-Stift gGmbH, Sozialunternehmen Neue Arbeit gGmbH, youcare gGmbH) by the Human Rights Officer of eva Stuttgart. This person is independent and impartial and is bound to secrecy. We have defined, documented and internally communicated processes for the complaints procedure as part of our quality management.
